Soft Serve Flavor Mixing Recipes
INGREDIENTS
- 6 cartons Nonfat Apple Pie
- 6 plain cake donuts
DIRECTIONS
- Pour ½- carton of Apple Pie yogurt mix into a high shear blender.
- Add 2 plain cake donuts
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour donut mix into a clean sanitized pail.
- Repeat steps 1-4 until all the donuts are ground.
- Add the remaining yogurt cartons to the pail
- Stir until combined
- Cover and refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to develop.
- Mix well before pouring into soft serve machine
